The UV Sterile Lamp, also known as uvc germicidal lamps, is a low-pressure UV lamp composed of quartz glass. It emits a main wave peak at 253.7 nm, which can kill over 99% of bacteria and viruses.

Microorganisms such as Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and Black hay bacillus variant spores can be found in the air, water, and on surfaces. These organisms are highly sensitive to UV rays within the 200–300 nm wave range. Upon absorption of these UV rays, the DNA and RNA of these organisms sustain damage, halting cellular division and thereby deactivating the harmful pathogens. UVC germicidal lamps have various designs including double-end, single-end, straight-tube, and special-shape.

Additionally, they can be classified into ozone and ozone-free types based on their ozone capabilities.
These lamps operate at an average ambient temperature between 20℃ and 40℃. The average lifespan typically ranges from 5,000 to 8,000 hours. Furthermore, these lamps can be custom made according to the specific needs of customers.
